The place is just lovely, we had a suite with in-room sauna. The view to the old city was beautiful. The house is historic but well maintained, the whole place feels great and authentic. The staff was always nice and helpful. The place is very close to the marina and the city center. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Breakfast was nice, though you had to book a time slot in advance.

The location is nice, you have bars and restaurants in walking distance. The SPA is a bit small but good quality. Loved the bed sheets! We had the Jr Suite - the view with the huge balcony is stunning. Will be back!

Several tram lines stop nearby (Neuer Markt) for travel to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed with two blankets. Good curtains to make the room dark even at daytime. Convenient garage for keeping a car (paid separately). The smallest apartment size "Smart Apartment" was adequate for two people for two nights' stay but would have felt a bit cramped for longer stay and thus I would recommend choosing "Medium" or "Large" apartment in that case.
